Booking
You can check availability on-line by clicking here. We will reserve any bookings by phone for 7 days, giving time for you to send us your details and the deposit. Please make cheques payable to R.N.Myers.

Booking details can be given by filling in the online form or by downloading the booking form as a Word file.

Terms and Conditions
    1. Arrival should be after 4pm Florida time unless otherwise agreed. Property must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure.
    1. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:

      2. Over 60 days notice £20

      30-60 days notice 50% of total rental

      Less than 30 days 100% of total rental

    2. The owners or their agents will not be responsible for any loss or delay caused by force majeure, including the following – strike, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, riots, fire, flood, inclement weather or any travel problems associated with airlines or other means of transport.
    3. A key/security bond of £100 will be held by the owner to insure against loss or damage occasioned during the use of the property by the parties to this agreement and is acknowledged by the signing of this agreement. The security bond with be refunded fully after a satisfactory status report has been received from the management company, the keys returned and the satellite TV monthly statement shows no outstanding amounts for Pay-Per-View events.
    4. If changes to the booking are requested, every effort will be made to accommodate them. This may require additional charges to be made.
    5. Guests are reminded that the owners, owners’ agents and all management companies associated with this agreement do not take any responsibility or liability for injuries, however caused, when using swimming and other sporting facilities offered as part of this agreement. In particular, children should be supervised at all times when using the swimming pool.
    6. The owner MUST receive the full amount of the rental 6 weeks prior to the date of departure. Failure to meet this requirement may result in cancellation of the booking. Cancellation charges may also be applied.
    7. It is a firm condition of this agreement that the property cannot be sub-let or shared. Only persons shown on the booking form are allowed to stay in the property.
    8. In the unlikely event that you have any reason for complaint, it is a condition that you first report the complaint to the local management group caring for the property in Florida and inform the owner in writing within 14 days of your return.
    9. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa, smokers can use the covered patio, porch etc. Note: Please provide your own ashtray.
    10. Your signature on the booking form signifies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
