'A beautiful villa in an ideal location'
The property is ideally situated in a residential area of Oviedo to the northeast of Orlando; about 25 minutes drive from the Orlando International airport and 15 minutes from Sanford airport. Also only 40 minutes from the main attractions, e.g. Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios, and the east coast with Cocoa Beach, Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre. You can even see the shuttle launches from the villa: (see picture below, taken at night)
The light and airy single storey house has four double bedrooms (1 double with en suite bathroom and 3 twin), second bathroom, large open plan living and dining areas with satellite television and broadband internet port available, fully fitted kitchen with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and waste disposal. There is a solar heated swimming pool, covered in the cooler months to keep the heat in, fully screened patio, and gardens to the front, side and rear.
